Machines are developed, designed, built, assembled and supported by the Global Vacuum Presses team.
Feasibility testing, material trials and operator training for real production workflows.
Multilingual support and onsite service for customers across international markets.
Global Vacuum Presses was founded in 1991 by Anton Nabuurs and Teresa Ramirez to develop practical vacuum press technology for manufacturers working with wood, solid surface, plastics and composite materials. From the beginning, the company focused on combining technical expertise with close customer support, helping businesses choose, configure and operate machines for their own production challenges.
Today, Global Vacuum Presses remains a family-run company, with the next generation involved in the business and a continued focus on long-term customer relationships. The team designs, builds and supports machinery from its facilities in Spain, combining product development, production, testing, training and service in one organization.
"Built around practical advice, in-house production and long-term support."

Misael Nabuurs
Operations Director

Global Vacuum Presses was founded by Anton Nabuurs and Teresa Ramirez in 1991. Today, Teresa continues the company together with Anton’s sons, Misael and Anthony Nabuurs, carrying forward the founder’s focus on practical engineering, customer-specific machinery and long-term technical support.
Co-founded Global Vacuum Presses in 1991 and continues to guide the company’s customer relationships, operations and long-term direction.
Misael oversees the day-to-day operation of Global Vacuum Presses, coordinating production planning, workshop priorities, supplier needs and customer projects.
Anthony leads the company’s IT infrastructure and internal technology development, while he also explores new technical solutions and prototypes that support future product initiatives.

One in-house team manages machine design, production, testing and technical support.
Vacuum presses can be configured around material type, working dimensions, heating requirements and production workflow.
Mechanical, vacuum, heating and control systems are assembled and checked before delivery.
Machines are adapted for solid surface, woodworking, thermoforming, plastics, composites and other industrial materials, with support for setup, operator training and production start-up.
Global Vacuum Presses supports customers with feasibility studies, material trials and operator training for vacuum press applications. The R&D and training centre helps define adhesives, temperatures, cycle times and vacuum pressure settings before a machine enters production.

Test solid surface, wood, plastic, composite and specialty materials under realistic vacuum press conditions before committing to a production process.
Evaluate adhesive behaviour, heating requirements, temperature curves, cycle times and vacuum pressure to define a reliable manufacturing process.
Train operators on machine use, material handling, process setup and production routines so teams can start with confidence after installation.
Global Vacuum Presses supports customers across automotive, aerospace, education, solid surface, woodworking and industrial manufacturing applications.
