How it works
How Cross-Flow heating works
The system is built around a convection-heated chamber and a guided airflow path that prepares thermoformable sheets before vacuum membrane pressing.
Load the material
The solid surface sheet is placed on the sliding tray inside the integrated preheating oven.
Circulate heated air
The patented Cross-Flow system circulates hot air through a closed air circuit, guiding airflow through the oven chamber and around the tray.
Form with vacuum membrane pressure
After preheating, the material is transferred to the upper vacuum membrane press and formed over the mould or workpiece.
