Use of cookies

This policy explains how the Global Vacuum Presses website, owned by NABUURS DEVELOPING S.L., with tax ID C.I.F. B96939095, uses cookies and similar technologies in accordance with Article 22.2 of Spain's Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Law.

Cookies are files downloaded to a user's device when they access certain websites. They allow information to be stored and retrieved about a user's browsing habits or device, such as pages visited, connection time, language, or browser type.

Depending on the information they contain and how the device is used, cookies and similar technologies may be used to recognize the user, remember preferences, or improve how the site works.

Cookies can be classified by how long they remain active, who manages them, and their purpose.

  • Session cookies: collect and store data while the user accesses a website.
  • Persistent cookies: keep data on the device for a period defined by the party responsible for the cookie.
  • First-party cookies: belong to the owner of the website.
  • Third-party cookies: belong to a third party that processes the information collected.
  • Technical or personalization cookies: make it possible to provide the service, remember settings, or resolve incidents.
  • Analytics or measurement cookies: measure browsing, understand how the website is used, and improve its content or performance.
  • Advertising cookies: make it possible to display generic or personalized advertising when the user has given consent.

Cookies and similar technologies are used to provide services, remember preferences, analyze how the site works, identify technical incidents, measure website use, measure audiences, integrate third-party services, and understand professional lead interest after a contact form submission.

PostHog may be used for analytics, session replay, event measurement, and identifiable lead analytics. After a contact form submission, browsing and interaction events may be associated with the contact details provided in the form, including email, name, company, and country.

Consent is not required to install technical cookies or cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service requested by the user.

For analytics and similar technologies, the applicable legal basis and any consent requirements depend on the purpose, configuration, and applicable law. Where consent is legally required, it should be requested before the relevant technology is enabled.

No on-site analytics preference mechanism is currently available. Users can block, delete, or manage cookies through their browser settings, and may exercise privacy rights as described in the privacy policy.

Global Vacuum Presses may use first-party technical cookies that are necessary for browsing, security, site configuration, and the delivery of services requested by the user.

The current version of the site includes Vercel analytics and performance services, and Google Analytics for audience and site-use measurement on the production website. According to Vercel documentation, Web Analytics stores anonymized data and does not use cookies; Speed Insights collects web experience and performance metrics.

The site also uses PostHog for analytics, event capture, session replay, error tracking, and identifiable B2B lead analytics after a contact form submission. Session replay is configured to mask form fields and page text only where explicitly marked before replay data is sent.

If additional third-party tools that use cookies or similar non-essential technologies are enabled in the future, such as embedded YouTube videos, the corresponding information will be added to this policy and consent will be requested where required.

  • Technical cookies: basic site operation, security, technical preferences, and page delivery.
  • Vercel Analytics: aggregated and anonymized measurement of visits, page views, and site performance, without using cookies according to Vercel documentation.
  • Vercel Speed Insights: web experience and performance metrics.
  • PostHog: analytics, event capture, session replay, error tracking, and identifiable lead analytics using cookies or similar identifiers. Data may include email, name, company, country, session identifiers, page and event activity, device/browser information, approximate location, and masked session replay data.
  • Google Analytics: audience and site-use measurement on the production website.

The cookie and provider list will be updated as quickly as possible when the tools used on the site change.

If processing purposes, providers, or privacy controls change materially, users will be informed and any consent or preference flow required by applicable law should be updated accordingly.

Analytics and lead measurement tools may process page views, events, language, approximate location associated with the IP address, visit frequency, visit duration, browser, operator, type of device, session identifiers, and contact form details such as email, name, company, and country when a user submits a form. Session replay is enabled with form-field masking and targeted text masking for explicitly marked sensitive content.

Most browsers let you accept, block, or delete cookies from their privacy or settings options. See each provider's current instructions:
