What is Sprinter Duo Industrial?
Sprinter Duo Industrial (SP-DI) is Global’s heavy-duty multifunctional vacuum membrane press. It combines reinforced industrial construction, PLC and touchscreen control, an insulated 140 °C convection heating hood with hydraulic movement and an integrated 180 °C sliding drawer oven, for intensive and repeatable production. While the hood heats and forms the part on the vacuum worktop, the 180 °C oven can preheat the next part, helping to reduce waiting times. Three models are available, with press areas of 2540, 3140 or 3740 x 1290 mm, a 100 m³/h oil-free vacuum pump and up to 8.5 t/m² of pressing force.

PLC and touchscreen automation
PLC control with touchscreen lets you work in manual or automatic mode, repeating every cycle with the same parameters for consistent results and easy operation.
Hydraulic hood movement
The insulated double-wall hood with 2–3 convection elements is raised and lowered hydraulically, making loading and unloading easier and safer, even on the 3740 x 1290 mm model.
Integrated safety system
Passive safety bars, emergency stops and overheating protection keep operator and machine safe in daily work, backed by a CE Declaration of Conformity.
Heating platen
The sliding drawer oven reaches 180 °C on a single-sided anodised aluminium platen, so the next part is ready as soon as the pressing cycle ends.
Formed and coated parts
Thermoformed plastic domes and curved profiles, plus routed furniture fronts with the coating following every contour, achieved by heated membrane pressing and the optional PVC frame.
