High-Capacity Vacuum System
Busch Mink vacuum pump with a capacity of 100 m³/h and automatic control via a digital pressure switch, designed for rapid air evacuation and stable pressure during demanding production cycles.
Hydraulic vertical opening
Hydraulic system for raising and lowering the membrane frame, designed to open the press vertically, provide full access to the work area, and streamline membrane replacement.
Bottom heating with removable tray
Bottom oven with an anodized aluminum plate rated up to 180 °C, a tray on rollers, and a one-touch automatic closure to facilitate loading, improve ergonomics, and streamline the forming process.
Adjustable cooling fans
A system of adjustable turbines to accelerate the cooling of the workpiece after heating, improve cycle control, and reduce wait times before handling.
Built-in sublimation option
Optional configuration for sublimation processes, equipped with an integrated membrane frame and a pneumatic system for opening and closing the oven drawer to facilitate automatic, controlled cycles.
Perimeter Safety Bar
Perimeter safety bar activated by manual contact, designed to stop or prevent the machine from closing when it detects an operator entering the work area.
